Limelight Productions Media Guidelines
In the interests of privacy and child protection there will be restricted use of video recorders, camcorders, cameras and mobile phones at rehearsals and during the show. Limelight Productions will ensure that images will only represent children in a respectful manner and will only include them at rehearsals, on stage, behind scenes or at official Limelight social events.
The following guidelines must be agreed and adhered to by all involved with Limelight Productions:

- Any pictures cast members or their families and friends take on their cameras or mobile phones will be for personal use only;
- Limelight Productions forbid the publishing of any pictures of the Society's productions, rehearsals or social events that contain children, online, without first receiving the written consent of the committee;
- Limelight Productions forbid the posting of any content of the show on the web or showing a recording of the show in public, without written permission from the committee, as this will be an infringement of our copyright;
- No photography will be allowed in the children’s changing rooms at the theatre;
- Members will have the right to ask for any images to be withdrawn at any time;
- Where photographs are taken by an approved photographer with a digital camera they will be stored securely and unused images will be deleted at the end of each show. Audition photographs will be deleted immediately after the casting procedure is complete and hard copies destroyed at the same time as the audition forms in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
