Programme Advertising

We are now looking for businesses to advertise in the Programme, so if anyone knows of a business, or is involved with a business who can advertise in the programme, please let us know through golimelight@gmail.com or contacting a member of the committee at rehearsals.

We also include good luck messages in our programme to help bring in an extra small amount of money. This enables you to wish your nearest and dearest all the best for the show. At £10 its a lot cheaper than a bouquet of flowers!!

Fees

Membership fees for Beauty and the Beast are as follows:

Adult: £2 per week plus joining fee of £25 = total £65
Concessions: £2 per week plus joining fee of £15 = total £40
Kids: No joining fee – just £2 per week for 25 weeks = total £50
Associate Members: £20

The full amount must be paid by the end of August.

Social and Fundraising

Raffle Prizes

Part of our fundraising strategy is to sell raffle prizes during show week to the audience to bring in much needed funds. However we cannot do it without you. Could we therefore ask each member of our cast to donate ONE quality raffle prize each. This would give us a good selection of prizes to offer our audiences for the 6 productions.

Limelight Cabaret

The annual fundraising Limelight Cabaret will be taking place again this year at the start of September - more details to follow! Let Fiona know if you want to be involved.

Balado Caravan Cabaret

We have also been asked to take part in the Caravan Club’s cabaret at Balado in August. The theme is ‘Musicals’. Again this is part of our fundraising strategy this year as the caravan club are giving us a small donation for taking part. Again look out for more details.

Limelight Golf Outing

Limelight are holding a Golf day at Kinross Golf Club on 23rd June. Contact is Robin: robincook@btinternet.com
