2009 show
The committee looked very carefully at the show choices for 2009. After very lengthy discussions it was decided that Limelight are not in a good financial position to be able to produce Chess in 2009. They took into account a lot of aspects to ensure that the correct criteria are met for the success of our 2009 production.
Therefore, the committee have arrived at a short list of 2 shows for 2009, which have met the aforementioned criteria. These shows are:
West Side Story
Wizard of Oz - Adult version (possibility of kids involved)
Full company members will shortly be receiving a letter asking you to vote for the show you would prefer to do in 2009.
Please return your voting slip to Julie (address will be on the letter) by 22nd November 08. The result will be announced at the DVD night at Graeme's. There will also be an opportunity to vote at the DVD night.
DVD's-ORDERING
DVD's of Oliver! available to order - Tuesday night or Friday night - £10 each. VHS copies are also available to order at £10 each.
So that Colmar can have enough copies available at the showings can you please let Julie know which performance night you want to order, and whether it is a DVD or VHS. (Email: julie@juliewatson5.wanadoo.co.uk , Phone:07846 015648)
Missing
We are missing 4 black libs and a red feather boa following the show. Please if you have not yet returned these items could you do so as soon as possible as the libs have to go back to the Rights people and the boa to the hire company. If we do not return these items we will be charged. Please contact Julie on 07846 015648.
AGM
The AGM will be held on 21 January 2009 at 7.30pm (sharp!) to 9pm at the Parkgate Centre in Rosyth.

DVD night for Adults

Kids Xmas Party
Sunday 7 December 2pm-4pm. Venue: Rosyth Parish Church. You will be able to purchase your Oliver DVD at the party. Again, please contact Julie to say if you will be attending.
